Portrait processing time.

The creation of any portrait can be a few hours to several days. Once an order is placed, it is added to the end of schedule of portraits to be created. This can create a turnaround time of a few days to several weeks. Inquire before ordering if you need your portrait within a specific timeframe.

Payment options.

Funpop Studio accepts most major credit cards via the Stripe payment platform as well Paypal.

Returns & exchanges.

There are no returns on custom created portraits. We will endeavour to ensure your satisfaction the your purchase. Please review the store’s portrait listings and examples as they represent an overall picture of what you can expect your portrait to look like.

Cancellations and refunds

Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours after ordering.

Also, if insufficient photo reference can be provided for your portrait order, you will also be entitled to an order cancellation and refund.

IMPORTANT: If you purchased using a credit card with Stripe, your entire purchase price will be refunded. If you purchased with Paypal, 5% of the purchase price will be withheld due to the Paypal transaction fee being non-refundable.
